Delivering photos and getting paid

Each listing gets a delivery page you send to your client. The client previews the photos, downloads them in MLS or print size, requests revisions up to the limit you set, and can be required to pay before downloading. Payments go to your own Stripe account.

What the client sees

  • Your logo, colours and contact details (co-branded on Essential, white-label on Ultimate).
  • All delivered photos, with MLS and print download options you choose per delivery, and Download all to save every photo as one ZIP.
  • A revision button, if revisions are enabled, with the number of rounds you allow.
  • A payment step before download, if you require payment for that delivery.

Seller approval

You can send a separate approval link so a seller can approve or reject individual photos before the listing goes live.

Payments

Client payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to the Stripe account you connect, minus a 5% ShotVista platform fee per payment (at least 0.50 in the payment currency). You choose the currency you charge in: USD, EUR, GBP, NOK, SEK, DKK, CAD, AUD or NZD.

Invoices for client companies

Brokerages and other companies can apply to pay by invoice from your booking form, after confirming their email with a one-time code. You approve or reject each application under Orders, Invoicing and set the payment terms (7 to 60 days), an optional credit limit and whether new invoice orders are refused while an invoice is overdue. An approved company that books on invoice gets a confirmed booking, and Stripe emails the invoice from your own Stripe account with a payment page and PDF. ShotVista shows each invoice as open, paid, overdue or void and lets you resend or void it. Cancelling the order voids an unpaid invoice; refunds of paid invoices are made in Stripe.
